Patient :I recently discovered a lump that's right at the opening of my anal hole. The lump is soft, but solid to the touch, it's roughly the size of a pea and is slightly more red than the surrounding skin. It causes me pain when passing stool and especially when wiping after passing stool. I'm unsure what it could be, I've come across a few potential answers online, but would rather ask a professional to be sure. What could this be and how can I remedy it?
