Lump underneath right scapula

Patient

Q: Hi I am a 47 yr old female who has had a palpable lump underneath my right scapula. It has been there for 10 years.I have tried everything from physical therapy, dry needling, accupuncture, trigger point injections, massage, ultrasound, you name it. No relief. It causes such pain, the headaches are so dibilitating all i can do is lay flat on my back. I only get relief when i roll on the floor with a hard baseball on the lump and i can hear crunching and popping. Then the next day I have relief. It seems to happen mostly when i use my right arm in a repeatative motion. If you press on lump pain stops, but the minute you let go of it, pain comes back. I must mention the pain is in the lump, neck back side of head right side only, right maxiallary sinus right only, and right temporal area. nothing on leftside only right. Please help, I have even had cervical sx not helping.
