Lung cancer

Patient

Q: Hi

I am 18 years old and occasionally smoke ONLY on Fridays, maximum 3 cigarettes. I have been smoking for about 6 months. Recently I have come down with a chest cold and 2 days ago I have experienced a spot of pain in my lungs a couple of inches below my breast. It only hurts when I cough and if I press on my ribs. I have stopped smoking but I am wondering what this pain could be? Could it be cancer?
