Patient : I worked out at the gym (running for 1 mile and 3 sets of 15 sit ups) one week ago and I was really sore for days, but now I'm having pain in my chest and it feels like my lungs are burning. I'm not sick, and I cannot lay on my stomach without horrible pain in my chest and upper abdomen. Am I still sore or is it a deeper issue?
