Lupus pregnancy and air travel

Patient : I am an indian living in bahrain and i am 11 weeks pregnant. my first ultrasound result were normal and showed a healthy fetus with a heartbeat. i have had a miscarriage at 9 weeks a year previously and the doctor here suspects SLE to be the cause of that loss because my lupus anticoagulant values were abnormally high. my gynaec here wants me to start treatment for high risk lupus pregnancy and i am reluctant to do so in a foreign country. i wish to travel back to india but i dont know if travelling is risky under the circumstances. please advise
