Maintaining height.


Q: What steps can I take to maintain a consistant height? Yes, I said HEIGHT not weight. Height with an "H". I am so tired of constantly adjusting my car's drivers seat and mirrors, having to grab a chair some days to reach over the fridge but not others. Even my girlfriend is getting tired of it telling me its "creepy". She always comments, "oh you're short today" or "You are really tall today!" I'd say the difference between short and tall days are 5-6"? I haven't really measured, but it is substantial. Enough that I have 2 different sets of clothes. Don't laugh, its not a joke. Am I just sleeping wierd or what?
