Patient :I woke up this morning to straighten my hair and I lifted my left arm to pull my hair up. When I did this, a very sharp pain went through my shoulder. I cant move my head a certain way and it has to be tilted so it doesnt hurt. My left arm is throbbing. I applied a heating pad but that didnt help. My family tells me that it is only a pulled muscle but I am not sure about that. I just need to ask a professional.
Symptoms: throbbing, sharp pain when tries to move a certain way.
