Male Infertility?

Patient : I am a 30 yrs male trying for a baby please find my test results Highly viscous liquefaction more than 2 hrs fructose test is positive sperm count is 95.8 millions ml sperm count per ejaculate 239.5 sperm forward progression 60 percentage sluggish 10 viability 70 non progressive 10 non motile 20 normal sperms 65 abnormal neck and tail 10,abnormal head 15 agglutination present leukocytes 4 to 5 epithelial cells nil red blood cells 0 to 1 candida bar trichomonads crystals nil. Now i have been asked to test for antisperm and antibodies a scan for scrotum what does my test results say please clarify
