Male UTI or dehydration?

Q: I am a 69 year old male. My most recent psa test was 0.7, two years ago. I live in AZ and exercise heavily outdoors. In the summer, as it is now. after a heavy workout I have been finding blood in my urine, light pink to light red. It goes away the next time I urinate but I am left with some discomfor tat the base of my groin. I also get a more than normal urgency to urinate for a day or two, expecially if I see running water or wash my hands. Normally, I sleep throught the night without getting up, but right after an episode I may get up two to three times before I return to normal. I am having this issue now and wonder if it could be a UTI. I have no fever, feel excellent otherwise and have a good appetitie. Please advise.
