Patient : Yea I work out on a daily basses and just started doing weights. My dad is naturally stockyand strong. My chest seems to flaten out every time I do cardio and weights but when I finish the workout it just grows about two inches yet again. Ive been working out for two weeks.. Even before I worked out they have been the same length and ive noticed without them I would not even look fat. My question is how long will it be till it goes away? Is it normal? Please help me I feel so embarrased every day
