Mass building protein without exercise...side effects
Patient : I am 33yro healthy female. I was always very skinny and everyday chores around the house and work would make me tired and muscle cramps. 8 motnh ago I started taking one serve of "original mass gainer protein" daily. I dont do any formal workout or exercise but I do lots of walking (atleast one hour daily in broken chunks)as part of daily chores. Is it safe to take this protien without workout???
If workout is necessary , whats the minimum I shall do?
