MCV, MCHC and MCH levels are less. Is it very critical?

Patient : Hi Doctor, I am 28 years old woman. I took Haemogram test to check my haemoglobin count. But, Haemoglobin count is normal - 12.4 (since I was not allowed to donate blood) but three other counts are low. MCV - 79.9 (normal 80-100). MCH 24.6 (26 - 34). MCHC - 30.9 (31.5 - 35). Please let me know whether anything is critical.
