Patient : Dear doctor,
I am trying to lose weight but I seem to be eating either too much or too little. I don't know what the right amount of food is best for me.
I am 5'7 tall, is there a way to find out how much I should eat according to my height? The size of the meal portions and grams and calories?
Knowing this would make it much easier for me to lose weight, when having a plan to follow.
I am hoping for your advice.
