Patient : I started exercising about a month ago ( push ups, set ups, jump rope and jogging. While jump roping I felt a burning sensation starting on the side of my left breast which has happened several times when using my left arm. The burning starts low then gets worse then it goes.I haven't had this problem before but when I exercise I tend to push myself so my question is what is casing the problem my guess was a strained muscle but wanted to get another opinion.
