Medical bill

Patient

Q: I have a question (pretty much same as one you have already been asked but I couldn't understand if it was a yes or no) I went to the ER not long ago. They asked for a urine sample. I told them I couldn't go so the doc came back in and said she has to have a sample to make sure I'm not pregnant so she can give me the antibiotics. So I gave her a sammple. I just got the bill and it says nothing about a pregnancy test. It has a bunch of tests like assay of benzodiazepines, assay of phenobarbatal, assay of cocaine and etc......is that saying that I tested positive for all these things? And are they even allowed to test for all that without asking and lying and saying its a pregnancy test?
