Medication and pregnancy

Patient : Hello I broke my ankle and was prescribed tylenol 3 and tramadol(50mg) I rotate between the 2...I am now 8 weeks pregnant with my second child and have continued taking both ...I never take both on same day, its either one or the other. I take no more than 50mg a day of tramadol and usually no more than 2 T3s a day when i take tylrnol. Ive heard mixed reviews about taking this when im pregnant. I plan to stop in my second trimester when i feel better and have more energy. I have a 19month old toddler that keeps me busy and this makes it difficult for me to quit painkillers. I am exhausted. My question is do you think my baby is in danger of abnormalties or brain damage, do you know the affects or know of women that have had similiar pregnancies......I feel anxious... Thanks Shannon
