Q: Is it right to take Janumet 50/500[Composition Metformin(500MG),Sitagliptin(50MG)] twice in a day with
Glisen MF 1 [Composition Glimepiride(1mg.), Metformin (500 mg)] once a day for a person of 79 years with HB1c 10% and blood sugar PP 188 and Blood sugar fasting 88.

Symptoms:  Drowsiness, gastric problem.
