Middle Back Pain. EGD and Ultrasound Normal. Any Ideas

Patient : I'm a 36 year old male 185 Lbs. I exerecise on a weekly basis and run approx 9-12 miles a week. Since August I have been having middle back pain. On 2-3 occasions the pain radiated around to my ribs in the center. Aggravated by some foods relieved by others. I feel the pain mostly at work when I'm sitting down. My posture is probably poor. I went to the doctor and they did an EGD that came back normal and an Ultrasound on my Gallbladder etc normal. Radiating Pain in Neck near Jaw. Blood work is good. Any Ideas?
