Taking half of Phenteramine 37.7 daily.All the symptoms before and after the fainting indicate the need for the following things:- Clinical evaluation by a Doctor, preferably a Neurologist.- MRI of the brain- Investigations of blood and urine.All these together will lead to a proper diagnosis and treatment.Till then you can rush to the ER to get whatever is possible and start on the preliminary treatment.I hope this answer helps
