Doctor

A:   Hi.

Noted your history of mid back pain, light headed, nausea, fainting, woke confused, sweaty and incontinent. Also have headache. Taking half of Phenteramine 37.7 daily.
All the symptoms before and after the fainting indicate the need for the following things:
- Clinical evaluation by a Doctor, preferably a Neurologist.
- MRI of the brain
- Investigations of blood and urine.
All these together will lead to a proper diagnosis and treatment.
Till then you can rush to the ER to get whatever is possible and start on the preliminary treatment.

I hope this answer helps
