Migraines, control of

Patient

Q: I have multiple brain aneurysms/brain tumors. They cause immense migraines daily. Many years ago I also started having epileptic seizures that they have related to the tumors. Doctors will not operate due to the risks involved and because they do not know which tumor is creating the problems. I get 120 hydrocodone a month to treat/prevent the pain. My doctor won't increase them until I see a pain management doctor. Can you tell me why?

Symptoms:  Sensitivity to light, light headed, nauseous, ringing ears, immense pain in head
