Patient : Hello,
I've been suffering from migraines ever since I was around 10 years old. I'm now 16 years old and I've probably had 9-12 migraines during that time span.
When a migraine begins I usually see a blind spot that is a little wavy and it eventually spreads out to the left, it usually disappears as fast as it began within 30-45 minutes. When the aura disappeared I get a headache 15-30 minutes later and slight nausea. This whole episode usually lasts for about 2-4 hours.
Almost every migraine I got came after working out which could mean I'm not eating or drinking the right thing before working out.
Some of my possible triggers are...
-Eating the wrong foods before working out
-Digestion problems while working out
I just want to know what I can do to prevent these and since I suffer from health anxiety I think I got a brain tumor or other serious health problem with every migraine I get.
I also get heart palpitations but I don't know if they are related.
Thanks for your help. :)
