Minor UTI while pregnant

Patient: I am pregnant and have a minor UTI based on urine test. I don’t have any pain or restricted urination. My only symptom is frequent urination. I have been taking cranberry pills, drinking lots of water, and urinating frequently. My symptoms have steadily gotten better. Do I need antibiotics or can I kick it on my own?
