Q: I took 2 home pregnancy tests on thursday both came back positive. i woke up on monday morning with light spotting which later turned heavy with small to medium clots by the afternoon. i contacted NHS 24 to which they told me i was to wait till the bleeding had stopped and take another test as i had very mild stomach pains and never had a misscarriage before. on tuesday the bleeding had practically stopped. there was nothing on my sanitry towel but a little when i wiped. last night i was getting mild discompfert which was stopping me from sleeping. this morning i woke up and there was no blood on my sanitry towel and no blood when i wiped so i took another 2 tests both coming back positive. since ive taken the tests ive started bleeding again. i have no stomach, abdomanal, back or anyother pain. im roughly about 4-5 weeks pregnant and was due a period around the same time i started bleeding. im seeking advice on what this could possibly be and what i should do as all doctors tell me the same thing.
