Missed First Active Birth Control Pill

Q: What are my chances of pregnancy?

Symptoms:  I forgot to take my first active pill of my birth control pack and did not double up the next day (my misconception was that I didn't think doubling up would solve anything). Before my missed first active pill I had been off my period for a couple of days although I was still on the sugar pills. I had sex the day before the missed pill, day of, and proceeding days. My boyfriend did ejaculate inside of me and no protection was used. I resumed my pills normally after the missed pill as if I had never missed pill..... I am wondering what are my chances of conception are or is one missed pill not significant? I'm not sure if its relevant but I have been on the pill for over a year and despite taking it EVERYDAY at the SAME TIME I still have periods/spotting that are NOT during my sugar pills . I had one of these last month (on the birth control pack previous to the one I am on currently), so I had a " period" mid pack, then went on my sugar pills, and still go ANOTHER period.) Right now I am only 5 days in to my active pills on this pack so its too early for symptoms or a pregnancy test I believe. So any insight would be appreciated on my risk of pregnancy...Thanks
