Missed period but Negative tests, could I still be pregnant

Patient : Hi, I am on the pill. Three Months ago I had sex. I got my period about two weeks later but it was light. Because of my pill I can get very light or just light periods it differs. The next time I was due my period it never came, I took two pregnancy tests and both came up negative. I have just been told by my doctor that I have an under active thyroid gland, I am now die my period again and it is late. I have never forgotten to take my pill. I am just wondering could I still be pregnant even though I got my period (albeit light) after I had sex eventhough I had two negative pregnancy tests? Or is it my pill making me miss it, Iv been on the pill almost 6 years? Or is it my thyroid gland?
Symptoms:  tiredness, late period
