Mitral Valve Prolapse and Pregnancy

Patient : Hi, i\'m diagnosed with Mitral Valve Prolapse since 6 years, directly after my first birth of my baby. so now i experience little hear palpitations when i exercise and my cardiology doctor advised me to take Inderal 10 mg 1 hour before a heave exercise. I\'m also diabetic type 2 my A1C is 5 well controlled. My question is it safe to get pregnant ? is MVP will effect my health?
Symptoms:  only palpitations when i do exercise and i don't take the medicine everyday.
