Q: Hi, im a 27 year old guy and for the passed 3 years i have been having lots of trouble sleeping, most of the time i can fall asleep but i cant seem to stay asleep for more than 4 hours and sometimes less, i have tried many things, like not eating before bedtime or reading and i have also tried sleeping pills but nothing seems to work, but sometimes when i stay up until the early morning and sleep then; i'm able to sleep for 7 hours, i don't know how to solve this problem its kind of affecting my daily life and the horrible thing is that i grew dark eye bags and they don't seem to be going away even when i occasionally get good sleep, please let me know what i can do or take for the betterment of my sleep and also what i can do to get rid of those dark circles, bear in mind i don't drink or do drugs, but i smoke cigarettes.
