Patient : Hi there is abnormal configuration to the lateral meniscus in my left knee and it was obtain by routine protocol.the body is thinned suggesting a radial tear and the anterior horn is lifted from the proximal tibia with fluid seen underneath.the anterior horn has a blunted edge suggestive of a radial tear. In addition there is a complex tear involving the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus with evidence of posterior meniscocapsular separation .There is a mild to moderate joint effusion.
