MRI RESULTS

Patient : T7 t8 central potrusion with high intensity zone (annualr fissure) cause mild ventral cord flattening and moderate central stenosis minimum ap midline available for the cord measures approximately 8mm t4 t5 shallow left posterolateral protrusion causes mild left posterolateral zone stenosis t6t7 shallow right posterolateral potrusion causes mild right posterolateral zone stenosis mild levoconvex thoracic scoliosis approximately 18 degrees apex at t4 what does all this mean and how will i be treated for it please help thanks for your time
