Mri results

Patient : These were the results of my mri of the cervical and lumbar.Findings: Multiplanar multisequence imaging of the lumbar spine is obtained. No paraspinal lesions identified. Aorta normal caliber. Mild annular bulge L3-L4 with mild narrowing left neural foramen. Facet hypertrophy contributes to this finding. No significant disc protrusion or spinal stenosis. and IMPRESSION: Mild L3-L4 annular bulge asymmetrically to the left with mild facet hypertrophy and mild narrowing left neural foramen
