High-grade predominantly intrasubstance supraspinatus tear involving
greater than 60% of tendon thickness and nearly the entire width from
anterior to posterior. This is primarily interstitial but may surface
at the bursal side. Very mild retraction with no atrophy
Superior labral nondisplaced tear at the biceps anchor.
I did have the cortizone injection and still in pain
