Medial extrusion of he body of the meniscus and small portion fragment of the body being displaced into the gutter Vertical tear surfacing inferiorly in the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus. Vertical superior and inferior surfacing tear in peripheral anterior. portion of the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus. MCL is displaced medially by the extruded body of the medial meniscus. Cartilage Very minimal decrease of cartilage in the medial compartment of the knee. Large osteochondral injury measuring 1.4 cm in anterior aspect of the lateral femoral trochlea. It corresponds to the large 1.3 cm osteochondral injury involving the lateral patellar facet. Practically complete cartlage loss in the lateral patellar facet. Large joint effussion
