Patient :I have always stayed up all night and slept all day (8am-6pm) i just had a baby which makes this harder on me. I can do a normal schedual (11pm-7am) every once in a while but it doesn't last long. I've never associated night time with sleep and have anxiety about sleeping all night. When I do sleep at night I don't feel near as rested as I do as when I sleep all day. I'm currently trying to pull an all nighter to fix my sleep pattern. Everytime I do I usually mess it up again not soon after. I want to enjoy my baby and obviously not get him on my schedule. Can this be fixed and how? Or am I doomed to never have a normal life?
