Patient : I had my tubes tied about years ago. For the past week I have experiencing sharp pains (much like labor pains) in my lower abdomen. I also have pain on my lower left abdominal side, lower back pain, left shoulder pain, pain in my neck, I have felt nauseated and dizzy. I am not currently experiencing any vaginal bleeding but the pain is about an 8 (on a scale of 1 to 10) should I seek emergency medical attention?
Symptoms:  Pain in lower left abdominal. Lower back pain. Lower abdominal pain. Left shoulder pain. Neck pain. Nausea. Dizziness
