Multiple issues with both knees

Patient

Q: In my right knee, i have a minimal superficial tear of the anterior horn on my lateral meniscus with a parameniscal cyst. This knee hurts, along with the stiffness and locking. In my left knee (which i only had an MRI on because it was occasionally stiff), i have a subtle vertical tear in the body of my medial meniscus surfacing inferiorly, small joint effusion, a 1.8 x 0.5 x 4.2cm popliteal cyst, cranial to that a multioculation cystic lesion that is 2.5 x 2.4 x 1.6 cm, in keeping with a ganglion cyst. I have surgery scheduled for my RIGHT knee, but am scared that through the increased pressure i will be making my left worse or have the cysts pop? What do i do? :(

Symptoms:  Pain, stiffness, locking in right knee,
sitffness, locking, occasional clicking in left
