Patient : Hello my name is Aaron and I am hoping you can tell me what is wrong with me because no one else can. I am a 23 year old male full time college student. First off when I was 12 I had a urine sample done for some reason and had a high level of glucose in my urine which they kept checking and ran some test for diabetes and stuff and it was negative. Since then whenever I have my urine checked it has a high level of sugar, one doctor came up with the conclusion that my kidneys leak glucose. I pee a lot and have a very shy bladder, I cannot pee unless no one is around to hear me. I also shake, my hands shake about 50% percent of the time when i pick up a glass or try to take a picture. I also shake when i get out of bed, or when i am standing up from sitting in class, my whole body from the legs up shake for a few seconds until i can get it under control. When I am walking my knees always give out also, prob about 5 to 10 times a day. I also have a harder and harder time walking up and down stairs, my legs shake and my balance is bad. I am 5'10 and 155lbs. I do have chicken legs, i get picked on a lot for them but the rest of my body is more in shape and looks normal. I do drink just the same as any other normal college kid on the weekends and smoke only when i drink. I also have problems sleeping i take over the counter sleeping pills to help me sleep. everyone says i have tremos and a serious peeing problem and horrible balance and cant walk. My symptoms are getting worse with age, i am not a very healthy eater since i am in college. these are all the symptoms i can think of right now any help would be great thanks
