Patient: Over the last few years I have played the weight game with my body. Before my son was born i was in decent shape. Of course while my girlfriend was pregnant I had to eat whenever she did. I got away from working out and exercising and my question is this..I feel that my shoulder blades and back area have lost all its muscle. It always looks like I have chicken wings. I’m worried. How do I build my muscle back up in my back so I look normal again? Is there something I can take to help build the muscle again or what? I really am frustrated and worried. Don’t know what to do. Please help.
