Muscle pain

Patient : I am 25 years old I have type 1 diabetes. I was diagnosed at age 8. For the past few years I have been having pain in my calf muscles. It feels like I have over exerted my calf muscles. It is made worse by resting. I have been to several doctors all diagnosed something different but nothing has helped. One was diabetic neuropathy, non diabetic neuropathy, and a very rare blood disease. Other doctors have said it is none of those but can't find an answer. The pain is getting worse to the point of being unbearable.
Symptoms:  Pain, muscle tightening, Knots in muscles
