Patient : I am dealing with a rotator cuff problem and thought that might be causing my other problem but I now do not think so. When I wake my right lower arm muscles ache, as if I have just done a hard workout. It is in the muscles. I thought maybe lifting things differently because of the shoulder might be causing the problem but the muscle soreness is spreading to different parts of my body. Both calf muscles now act the same way in the morning and the other arm is starting to ache as well. Sometimes it gets better as the day goes on and sometimes it doesn't.
