My 11 year old daughter has had a chronic runny

Patient : My 11 year old daughter has had a chronic runny nose for the past year (No sneezing or coughing). She has taken several allergy meds (allegra, claritin, benedryl, etc) and also Singulair and Flonase. She also has taken an antibiotic. She continues to have a runny nose, having to blow it every 5 minutes. She is miserable. I took her back in and she was once again prescribed an antibiotic, flonase and claritin. Is this really an allergy? Could there be something else?
