Patient :My 5 year old son has been acting out whenever it comes to following rules and directions. it'd like he has to be told the same rules and directions daily. Whenever he doesn't get his way he pouts, drops to his knees and whines and cries. He even goes to the extent of saying "Pweety Pweety Pwease" acting babyfied. He doesn't deal well with discipline no matter what it is, and whenever we ask him if he knows why he's being disciplined he has no clue even though we've already told him why several times. He's very fidgety, doesn't sit still at all, can't sit still long enough to watch a 30 minute cartoon. He's always running even when told that he can't do so. He walks up to strangers and acts like he's known them forever. He isn't afraid of anything. He has even tried running away from me and climbed fences to where I couldn't find him. He's walked straight into neighbors houses whenever uninvited. I don't know what else to do with getting him to listen and follow simple directions. He doesn't want to learn any
