My 6 yr old niece had an upper respiratory infection

Q: My 6 yr old niece had an upper respiratory infection for about a week and then it seemed like it was clearing up then she started throwing up for a day and then that night she had a fever of 104.6 so my sister took her to the ER they did blood work, chest X-ray, strep and flu test, urine and everything came back normal. She hasn't thrown up because they gave her medicine so she wouldn't but she still is complaining all day her stomach is burning and she has loose stool and a slight fever yesterday and this morning she is still the same. They said she had a stomach bug? Is this normal!
