Patient :My 68-year old Dad has just had a stroke and the CT scan detected a well-defined lytic focus in the right C3 vertebral body with a few further tiny similar foci demonstrated in C4, C5, C7. I am out of mind with worry. Is it possible these are benign? How likely is that?
