My arms have itchy red rashes.

Patient

Q: Hi, I'm a male and my arms have recently become itchy with red rashes. I had this same problem about a month ago and with a trip to the doctor I was given Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream to get rid of the rashes. It took about a month for the rashes to go away and I had been completely fine for the following month. Now, a month later, the same rashes are back however it has become worse and is starting to spread to my stomach, chest, and back. I had never been allergic to anything throughout my life and haven't changed my diet or lifestyle in anyway. I have been taking benadryl to ease the itchiness but the redness will not go away and eventually the itch is back.
