Patient :My body has been out of whack lately. Since track and field started, I drink 4 (16oz.) bottles of water a day, I eat 3 nature valley bars, 3 Quaker Oats Chewy bars, 2 bananas, and about 2 or 3 welchs gummies, and about 1-2 apples (I snack through out the day). I have shin splints, so before practice everyday and before track meets I take 2 aleeve to block out any of the pain from my shin splints. Is the aleeve messing with my digestive system? I havent had a full bowel movement in about 4-5 days. Is something wrong?
