My daughter (2yrs old) has developed a rash all over

Patient : My daughter (2yrs old) has developed a rash all over her body and face. It started a few days ago in Disneyworld. I thought it was a reaction to our sunscreen, but it is on her stomach and back area where sunscreen was not applied. She feels like sandpaper. For the most part, the rash is not very noticeable. Her face feels very dry and crusty and was peeling. Her stomach has slight red bumps. No puss etc. just very rough. She has not had any other symptoms. She is eating and drinking as normal, and all bowel movements have been normal. Any ideas what could be the cause of this? Should we take her to a clinic this weekend? Thank you for your help.
