Patient

Q: My daughter is 5 years of age. In winter she got the flu and it was bad. She was admitted and watched around the clock. Since then she has been getting sick left and right pneumonia and bronchitis quite often. she's developed a chronic cough even still as its been over 2 months. Chest Xray was done last weekend and on the report it said findinga of fibronodular infiltrates and exposure to granulomatous disease. she was tested for TB and has been clear from that and now all I'm understanding is there's a chance she has or may have lung cancer. I do not understand what fibronodular infiltrates or granulomatous disease is. I've tried reading on it and I get confused. Her doctors have been quiet and selective on what I'm told. Can someone help and shed some light please
