Patient

Q: My father (abt 70 years old)has chronic kidney disease and is diabetic. Previously, in 2003, he underwent Urinary tract bypass surgery. Recently , he underwent a surgery for dislocated hip bone. Post this surgery, he became disoriented and delirious, because of an underlying urinary tract infection which formed into an abscess. This was drained and he was put on on antibiotics. During the course he got severely constipated and bloated. Some of the accumulated faeces had to be manually removed. It has been 2 weeks since that happened. Now he is experiencing diarrhoea and is very weak, has no appetite. We are not what we can do now.
