My foot starts hurting when I put pressure on it

Q: I'm a freshmen sprinter in l.c bird high school, it's my first year doing track, after a while, both of my foot starts a instant pain when ever I put hard pressure on it. It doesn't hurt when I walk tipping my toes, but when I jump or sprint, it starts like a instant sore/pain. it's hard to tell a specific place where the pain is coming from, I tried to press down my foot with my finger places to places, but no pain is coming out from it. It sorta feels like the pain is coming from my bone? I'm not really sure. Unlike all other sore or pain I had before that recovered a day or 2, this physical pain bugged me for over a week now, I tried to explain to my coach but he doesn't believe me. so please help, I have a meet this Wednesday and I don't want to fail my teammates. Thank you
