Pain abdomen after intercourse can occur due to causes like local abrasions, vaginal infection etc.
If there was no direct ejaculation, the possibility of pregnancy is less.
But if you didn't use any contraceptive method, let her go for urine pregnancy test three weeks after the intercourse to rule out the possibility of pregnancy.
